Practice Cancelled [- Open -]

The field was empty save one student with a practice jersey over a hoodie, doing a few suicides up and down the field. As he huffed and puffed, he talked to himself, a bit louder than most would, "...Practice is always getting cancelled now-a-days. I wonder what the hell coach does all the time."

After four sets of 10-20-30-40-50s, 600 yards a piece, Lovelle decided to go rest in the bleachers. Laying back on the cold bench, he looked up at the sky, "Why am I always so cold..." Shivering a bit, he crossed his arms and closed his eyes. Might as well just take a nap, then drive off home later.

Brook

Brook walked onto the football field. She normaly came here to run the lenth of the field but that was only when the football players weren't around. She honestly didn't care if they saw her running it was more the caoch, he was freaky...mabey just to her but either way. She took a look around the feild and didn't see Kyle laying on the bench. She took her hands out of her hoodies pocket and then put the hood up and took of jogging. If people saw her they probley would wonder why she ran on the football feild and not the tack...were she was suppose to. But She liked the feel of grass underneither her shoes not tar. Say she's wierd but thats how she feels.

Laying on the bench, Lovelle's eyes coming to a close... Until he saw a girl running along the side of the field, ...Who the hell? Always hanging out with the jocks brought him to realize... I don't know anybody in this small town. Laughing a bit, he shrugged it off and turned his head, watching the girl run around the field, ...Man... If I wasn't so tired I would go ta... He fell asleep.

As Brook turned the conner she lifted her head and saw Lovell sleeping on the benchs. "That can't be comfotible." She mumbled slightly to herself and ran over to hi. "Do you have a house to go to?" She said loudly by his side. Looking down at him laughingly.

Lovelle slowly lifted up his head, turning it to face the girl, "Well, I do, but I'm kinda tired now... If you know what I mean." Looking around the field, he noticed that it contained nothing but the two of them and turned back to face her, "By the way, my name's Kyle. Most people call me Lovel though. Stretching his arms outwards, he brought them back in and twisted himself around until he sitting on the bench, looking up at her.

"Yea I get what you mean." Brook said she smiled. "Names Brook." She said and put her hands in her pocket. "Sleeping on a bench can't be to comfortible can it?" She said laughter still glinting in her eyes.

Kimberly drove up into the parking lot next to the field. She turned off the car and got out, overlooking the field, once. She slammed the door shut and then went to the back door and opened it, she pulled out a gym bag and then again slammed the door. She turned towards the field and walked over to a set of bleechers. She sat down her bag and began to rummage through it, dropping a soccer ball onto the cold ground. It was her life, soccer this, soccer that, she palyed other sports but soccer was her favorite. She pulled off her shooes and took out her cleets. She laced up and turned around kicking the ball a few feet. She was usually alone and didn't noticed the kids at the other edge of the field. She took off towards the soccer field which was right next to the football field. She ran past the gate dribbling the ball back and forth, brown eyes on the ground. She swerved to the left, and then the right. She stopped abruptly and kicked the ball up catching it in her arms. She grinned and looked up towards the goal, her breath making little puffs of silver in the cold air. But winter time was the best time to practice, she never got too hot and never too cold, it was perfect.

Lovel shrugged, "Better than being tired until I get home, so whatever." Lovel stood up, noticing he was quite a bit taller than her, trying to bend his knees to where she couldn't see him doing so. Kinda cute, "So, what are you doing out here?" He began to walk towards her and away, giving off the notion to talk a walk around with him.

Kimberly was unaware of the other people, so she kicked the soccer ball as hard as she could and it spun off towards the net. She began to jog towards it as it hit the backside of the net. Goal! she yelled out loud throing her hands up. The Waynesville Lions won't know what hit 'em! she shouted as she jumped up on the announcers stand. She gave a little victory dance and then plopped down and lay out on the table, looking up at the stars.

"I was jogging like I normaly do." She said walkeding by him. She heard the distant scream. She looked around and then saw Kim. She smiled slightly. "He1" She said waveing her hand. She felt very good today. Everyone is lucky today. she told herself and grimanced. Then she smiled at the girl and contiued walking by Lovell.

Kimberly sat up and looked towards the kids. She felt herself blush and then returned the wave, Hey! she shouted back as she jumped off the stand.
